16/12/10 - GCSE Art Pupils Enjoy Trip to Belfast

The Year 11 & 12 GCSE Art & Design pupils went on an adventure to Belfast on Wednesday 15 December. Their first stop was at CCEA headquarters (Clarendon Dock) to view the True Colours GCSE Art & Design exhibition which displayed many of the top pieces of work from GCSE candidates throughout Northern Ireland.

Following a quick bite of lunch and some Christmas shopping at the Castle Court Centre, the group then made their way to the Ulster Museum. The purpose of this visit was to help pupils generate some ideas that they could possible use for their forthcoming GCSE projects.

Many thanks to Art teacher Miss K Johnston and Mr D Riddle for their supervision on this trip.
