Non-Uniform and Health & Well-Being Fry-Up Day

‘Non-Uniform and Health & Well-Being Fry-Up Day’.
Pupils and staff looked forward to the 2 day holiday by today having a ‘Non-Uniform and Health & Well-Being Fry-Up Day’.
The money raised from the opportunity to wear casual clothing went towards ‘Newtownhamilton and District Community First Responders’. This voluntary organisation aims to serve the local community day and night, 365 days a year and covers an area of approximately 6 miles from Newtownhamilton including Altnamackin, Cortamlet, Belleeks, Whitecross and Clady. It was great to see Ita and Siobhan call into school this afternoon to collect our £225 donation.
In addition to the Non-Uniform Day, pupils and staff were able to enjoy a Health & Well-Being Fry-Up (if there is such a thing!) during morning break. This hearty feast, which was prepared by our superb canteen staff, certainly set everyone up for the holidays.
Enjoy the break – see you Monday.
