Pastoral Support for Pupils
During this period of remote learning, we want to remind our pupils about the importance of looking after their mental health. There are 5 simple things which we can do to help alleviate stress and low mood. They are to keep connected with friends and loved ones, keep physically active, try and learn, or master a new skill, give to others, and stay mindfully in the present.
