Politics in Action

Our Politics in Action group have had an amazing opportunity to be involved with fielding questions to our politicians in Northern Ireland. In their first Q&A session pupils across Northern Ireland met with the Education Minister, Mr Peter Weir and in the second Q&A Session it was the turn of Deputy First Minister, Michelle O’Neill and Junior Minister, Gary Middleton (On behalf of the First Minister, Arlene Foster who was tied up with meetings) to take on the challenging questions from our young students from all across Northern Ireland.
Well done to Sarah-Jane (Newtownhamilton High School), Caoimhe (St Paul’s High School) and Lucy Jo (Crossmaglen High School) who were chosen to represent our Shared Education Partnership at these two important Question and Answer sessions.
